Who we are

Wellenziah Gym is run by Wellenziah. Gyms use it to manage their members. Each gym owns the data it adds and we process it for them.

What we collect

Gym details such as name, address, phone, logo and timings.

Staff names, emails and roles.

Member details the gym adds, such as name, phone, date of birth, guardian details for under 18s, emergency contact, membership, payments, attendance, measurements and notes.

Demo requests from this website: name, gym name, phone, city and optional email and message.

What we never collect

CNIC numbers.

Bank card numbers. Card payments are recorded as a method only.

Health information

Injury and condition notes are visible only to the gym owner, manager and the member's assigned trainer, never to front desk staff. Fitness information only. Not medical advice.

Children

Members under 18 need a guardian name and phone. Their photos are private and are never shown publicly or on kiosk screens.

How data is kept separate

Every gym's data is separated by gym. Staff only see what their role allows. Members using the Train app only see their own data. Photos and documents are stored privately.

Logs and exports

Payments, refunds, deletions, role changes and data exports are recorded in an audit log the gym owner can see.

Sharing

We do not sell data. A gym can choose to list its public details (name, area, timings, facilities, logo and phone) on Qareebify. No member data is shared.

Keeping and deleting data

If a gym cancels, its data is kept for 90 days so the owner can export it, then deleted.
