Using Wellenziah Gym
By creating a gym account you agree to these terms on behalf of your gym. The gym owner is responsible for staff accounts and what they do.
Free trial
New gyms get a 14 day free trial of Pro features. After the trial, choose a plan to keep adding and editing data.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed in Pakistani Rupees. Limits such as members, branches, staff and storage depend on your plan. If a payment is late your account shows a reminder, and it may become read only if not paid.
Your data
Your gym owns its data. You must have permission to add member details, including guardian consent for members under 18. Do not upload CNIC numbers, card numbers or photos of people to public areas.
Health notes
Health and fitness information in the app is for gym use only. Fitness information only. Not medical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, harass members or break the law. Messages sent on WhatsApp are your gym's responsibility.
Suspension and cancellation
Suspended gyms can view and export data but cannot add or edit. If you cancel, data is kept for 90 days for export, then deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell gym owners about important changes before they apply.
